This "briefcase" cake is two 1/2 sheet cakes stacked and covered with chocolate fondant and fondant/gumpaste hinges and clasps. It was created especially for a shareholder of a local law firm.

Otherwise known as a topsy turvy cake, this is buttercream with a fondant and pearl adorned princess crown.

This cake was actually ordered for a bridal shower but would easily work well for a birthday. Notice how the buttercream lady bugs are drawn to the topiary of flowers.

This was made to help an "older" woman celebrate her birthday. All decorations on this cake are 100% edible.

Buttercream icing with fondant decorations. The rhinestones on these glasses are not edible, but the needle could be consumed if you like. The "aida cloth" is also fondant.
